Manage A220 quality escapes and QSR topics from suppliers and production through engineering, final assembly, and airworthiness, coordinating corrective actions and supporting root-cause analysis. Track risks and performance, communicate status across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, delivery, and customer service teams, and promote product integrity and customer protection.
