The Line Cook II is responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and chef guidance while maintaining high standards of kitchen sanitation and organization. They must prioritize tasks effectively and ensure all food products are served according to safety regulations.

Winter 2026/27 - Lead Chef

The Lead Chef supervises the culinary team and oversees creative menu design, food preparation, and quality control. They are responsible for managing inventory, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience in a remote lodge setting.
