At Meatball Pizza & Pasta, you'll help deliver great food and exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, team leadership, and food quality standards. As Kitchen Supervisor, you'll work alongside the team during service while helping lead daily operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen. We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, and contributes to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Lead and support the kitchen team during service. Coordinate workflow to ensure timely, consistent food production. Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding team members. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Support inventory management and proper product storage. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen environment. Skills & Experience Previous similar experience Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
