As part of its continued growth, the company is currently seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. What you’ll do

- Manage accounts payable. - Enter invoices into the accounting system and prepare payment transfers. - Participate in the weekly payroll processing for approximately 60 employees. - Enter purchase transactions into the system. - Assemble, file, and follow up on various administrative documents. - Assist the Project Manager with the submission of contractual documents. - Perform various related administrative tasks. Depending on experience and qualifications, opportunities may include: - Performing bank reconciliations. - Preparing GST and QST remittances. - Taking on additional accounting responsibilities. Requirements

- DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Accounting or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Knowledge of Nethris and Sage 50 (an asset). - Knowledge of CCQ payroll processes (an asset). - Functional bilingualism required to serve a client base consisting of approximately 20% English-speaking customers.
