We?re hiring *Baristas* to join our Castlemore team in Markham. Store Location: * 9850 Markham Rd, Unit 4, Markham ON L6E0H7 Key Qualifications: * Food & Beverage experience considered an asset * Food Handler Certification is required * Exceptional customer service skills * Enjoys working independently and in a team setting * Excellent communication skills * Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays Job Duties: * Provide exceptional customer service for all patrons; * Prepare drinks, teas, and toppings; * Routine cleaning, dish-washing, maintenance; * Operate the Point of Sale and safely handle cash; * Communicate and work effectively in a team environment; * Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Perform various cafe duties as required. * Coordinate and provide flexible availability. Operating Hours & Availability: * Full time: 40 hours a week, weekends and holiday required * Part time: 25 hours a week, weekends and holiday required * Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:00am.
