The Kitchen Assistant supports daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. They are responsible for cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment while ensuring the workspace remains organized and safe.

The cook is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items while maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. They must also manage inventory, organize storage areas, and support the food and beverage team during events and high-volume service.
