You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely execution of meals across multiple stations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their culinary skills, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-driven, resident-first mindset to their work. You’ll work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents. Pay: $16 - $19 per hour, based on experience Schedule: As needed across all Hamilton communities (must have weekend availablity) Locations: Berkeley Square - 100 Berkeley Dr, Hamilton, OH 45013 Westover - 855 Stahlheber Rd, Hamilton, OH 45013 Jamestowne - 1371 Main St, Hamilton, OH 45013 Requirements: Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe. An interest in learning and the ability to quickly grasp new knowledge The ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and be aware of the exact procedure of food preparation The ability to garnish food following specific plating desired by the chef Knowledge of food safety, safe food processing and preserving raw food Patience and a love for cooking 18 years of age or older If you take pride in your work and want to make a real difference for residents every day, apply today and join our culinary team at Community First Solutions!
