We are seeking a motivated Food Services Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage staff schedules, and support efficient kitchen and dining operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate food service staff. Train, coach, and support employees. Ensure food quality, portion control, and customer satisfaction. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Schedule staff and monitor daily operations. Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering. Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues. Assist with cost control and operational reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of food service experience; supervisory experience preferred. Food Safety Certification required or willingness to obtain.
