Are you an experienced kitchen professional who enjoys taking the lead and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Leader with strong leadership skills to oversee our kitchen team during busy shifts. What You’ll Do Lead and support the kitchen team during your shift. Keep the kitchen organized and ensure smooth, efficient service. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently met. Delegate tasks and manage the team’s workflow. Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Train, coach, and support new and existing team members. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. Handle day-to-day shift issues and communicate effectively with management. Complete opening and closing duties as required. Lead by example and create a positive, respectful team environment. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant environment. Previous kitchen or food-service experience. Basic Food Handler’s Certificate First Aid Training is beneficial Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety. Comfortable using everyday technology, including computers, tablets, POS systems, email, scheduling systems, and other digital tools. Food Handler certification is an asset. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Why Join Us?
