The site crew member will support construction site operations by organizing work areas, moving materials, and assisting skilled trades. They are responsible for operating equipment and following directions from supervisors to ensure a productive and safe job site.

Assist with the installation of precast wall panels and structural components while supporting overall site progress. Work closely with a 3-5 person crew to perform rigging, signaling, and site preparation tasks safely.

Prepare and finish precast concrete joints and seams through grouting, caulking, and patching to ensure weather protection. Operate power tools and aerial lifts to maintain quality standards and repair damaged panels on construction sites.
