Café Kitsuné is looking for enthusiastic and experienced baristas to join our team. We love flexibility in experience, someone who is knowledgeable about coffee and can make a beautiful cappuccino, but who also can handle a busy floor and speak to natural wine. Baristas take on responsibilities including but not limited to: · Provide excellent customer service to all guests. · Dial in espresso and other brew methods to meet and maintain quality standards. Maintain work area and equipment to a high degree of cleanliness. Execute pre-service/closing shift duties. Support in daily food preparation, inventory counts and cleaning duties when needed. Exhibit a familiarity with daily menus, participate in service/culinary & wine/coffee education sessions to remain current/knowledgeable about our products. Food Safety One certification is preferred. We’re looking for: · Team players who respect and support their colleagues. · Individuals who understand and embody our brand standards. · Passion for hospitality. Enthusiastic love of coffee. Previous barista experience & latte art ability. Detail oriented & reliable. Server experience is a plus Requirements: · Valid work visa in Canada required. · Barista experience of more than 6 months. · The desire to teach, learn and grow and be part of a cohesive and collaborative team. · The ability to work well under pressure. · Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback. · Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. · Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time. · Command of the English language.

Requirements
Candidates must have over 6 months of barista experience, latte art skills, and a valid Canadian work visa. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
