Responsible for the daily preparation of high-quality food while maintaining strict kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards. Collaborates with the kitchen team and follows directions from the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and cook menu items to high standards while coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery. Maintain a clean work area and comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.

The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including service management, menu development, and team empowerment. They are responsible for monitoring inventory, controlling food and labour costs, and ensuring high food quality and cleanliness.
