The Journeyman Cook prepares standardized recipes for patients, long-term care residents, and veterans. They are also responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation within the kitchen.

Responsible for preparing, assembling, and serving meals to patients and customers while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Duties include taking meal selections, delivering trays, and cleaning equipment and work areas.
