What you’ll do: Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: Collecting pans/dishes from the line Assisting with food preparations (cutting vegetables) Running food to the tables Stocking coolers and refrigerators and ensuring all equipment and other items are stored properly Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines Operate in a fast-paced manner to provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware Assist with various duties such as portioning food and cleaning/sanitizing to assist kitchen operations Maintain quality and speed of output Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence Perform other duties as assigned Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
