Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso beverages, pastries, and grab-and-go items while providing friendly, efficient guest service and processing cashless transactions. Set up, operate, and close the coffee cart; maintain inventory, product freshness, cleanliness, and compliance with food-safety and Hyatt service standards.
