Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability. Train and mentor kitchen team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the culinary field. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen meets all compliance standards. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and create action plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant. Strong culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Ability to manage costs, inventory, and operations effectively. A genuine passion for culinary arts and creating a positive team culture.
