Job summary

The Food Service Worker 2 responsible to the Operations Manager-Bars and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive and appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area. Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times. Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards. To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations Manager-Bars. QUALIFICATIONS Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques. Previous experience with food inventories preferred. Excellent work habits, personal hygiene and professional appearance. Good public and staff relations. Must be willing to obtain ProServe and Alberta Health Services Food Safety certification.
