The Team Lead will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of experts while overseeing operational excellence and technical standards in aluminum projects. They will also drive business development, foster client relationships, and provide technical leadership across various project phases. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). A minimum of 15 years of industrial engineering experience is required, including at least 5 years in team management or technical leadership.
