Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project quality standards. Requires a university degree in electrical engineering, OIQ membership, and over 15 years of experience in BoP electrical design for the hydroelectric industry. Must be a strong leader with proven business development skills and fluency in both French and English.
