Moxies is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional food quality in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific kitchen station, support junior team members, and ensure all dishes meet Moxies standards for presentation, consistency, and execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to Moxies recipes and standards Manage and maintain a designated kitchen station efficiently during service Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are consistently met Assist with prep, inventory management, and stock rotation Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety regulations Support training and mentoring of line cooks and junior kitchen staff Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service Assist Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs with daily operations and special events Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Qualifications Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Culinary diploma or formal training is considered an asset What We Offer Competitive wages and tip-out opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities within the company Staff discounts and employee perks A dynamic, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and development programs About Moxies Moxies is a premium casual dining restaurant known for globally inspired food, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality.
