Full training and full protective uniform supplied. Job Description Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is PART TIME. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to health code regulations Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently, including serving lines, warmers, and beverage stations Manage inventory stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and report low stock levels Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests, special dietary needs, and concerns Support the team in maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols, health code regulations, and company policies consistently Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed: Teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Superior customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction Great memory and attention to detail Passion for maintaining a healthy and safe environment Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for shift work Additional Information Ready to be part of something greater?
