Responsibilities: Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop innovative and enticing menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes, ensuring they meet the highest quality and presentation standards. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and other team members. Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance culinary skills, techniques, and knowledge among the kitchen staff. Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, receive feedback, and create memorable dining experiences.
