Check us out here: https://www.bluebirdbanff.com/ Chef de Cuisine The Chef de Cuisine plays a key leadership role in the overall success of the restaurant, working in close collaboration with the General Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, optimizing food and labour costs, and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience that aligns with company values. The Chef de Cuisine works closely with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service and is an active participant in strategic decision-making with the executive team. We Love Perks!
