Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Responsibilities * Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency * Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations * Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness * Support the team during busy service hours by executing orders quickly and accurately * Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe kitchen environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service Experience * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important * Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly * Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation standards * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail * Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
